  1. Thomas Jefferson wanted to free his slaves, but was not allowed to do so. He tried to end slavery. The only way he could free his own slaves, was to die. Then the democrats closed that loophole. Democrats these days don't know their own history.

  2. Should we take down the statue of Martin Luther King Jr?
….if the gay community is offended at his anti-gay marriage stance?

  3. As a "black" man, I've been trying to hear what exactly did Trump say that was wrong. Open racist white people in the alt-right and Subtle racist white people in the alt-left were barking at each other over a statue. The right wanting to keep the statue (though Lee never wanted a statue) because to them it's part of their history regardless of Lee's political, moral, and racist beliefs. The left arguing a statue that's been there for decades should be remove because of Lee's racist beliefs. Everyone on Mt. Rushmore either owned and/or supported slavery. George Washington even tore apart families by shipping their relatives to other countries like the West Indies. Image your mother being shipped to Brazil and sister being shipped to the West Indies; after a generation would you know if the person standing next to you is your relative? The alt-right wants to preserve the country's racist history and the alt-left wants to get rid of it in a preliminary attempt to sanitize the country's racist history. The history of slavery in America has been removed from some high school history books. If you remove it from the history books, remove the statues, remove the monuments then generations from now people would never know that racism exists in the country.

  4. I bought a cheeseburger but the white cook forgot to put cheese on it Where was Trump when I needed him the most.
    "IMPEACH".

  5. OK this is coming from the man who want's to cut $375 million from national parks division. Changing history. Yes if something's wrong you fix it and treat the ignorance not keep it going. My history in school taught Columbus was to be a hero when he really was a murdering thieving rapest!

  6. Washington and jefferson were clearly complicated men, but they also laid the foundation for what we are today.
Confederates, on the other hand, were traitors who took up arms against the American people.

  7. I could understand Robert E. Lee fuck them we beat them but now were talking about our founding fathers you ???? You fuckin liberals should be ashamed…..

  8. Trump has taken us on a journey of hatred beyond resurrecting the civil war, now back in history to the revolutionary war. Pretty soon he'll be advocating sending foreigners back to their homelands. The most divisive politician in the history of America. It's pretty clear his goal isn't unity, and we must all resist going where he wants to take us. The past should be examined to strive to eliminate the negative aspects of past mistakes and bring forth unity, not to divide the nation. This should be particularly true of those sworn to uphold the constitution. It will be a miracle if by the time he leaves office, we don't need to paint the White House purple.

  9. Trump: Is Washington and Jefferson next?
    Liberals: what an idiotic statement
Also liberals: let's take down Washington monuments and blow up Rushmore

  10. You elite liberals are morons, tyranny with a smiley face. You tear down statues of slave owners while endorsing illegal immigration with thousands of illegal immigrants being ripped off by their wealthy elite globalist capitalist bosses. The hypocrisy of you liberals is disgusting.

  11. The only thing scarier than Nazi's and ANTIFA is that all you fucking morons are falling for the most classical examples of divide and conquer. God help the United States, and the world.

  12. Slippery Slope (also known as absurd extrapolation, thin edge of the
    wedge, camel's nose, domino fallacy)
Description: When a relatively insignificant first event is suggested to
lead to a more significant event, which in turn leads to a more
significant event, and so on, until some ultimate, significant event is
reached, where the connection of each event is not only unwarranted but
with each step it becomes more and more improbable.  Many events are
usually present in this fallacy, but only two are actually required —
usually connected by “the next thing you know…”

  14. These Statues of Confederate Generals in the United States must be preserved and RESTORED BACK INTO PLACE as a reminder of the evils of slavery because these HISTORICAL STATUES ARE HISTORICAL SYMBOLS REMINDING US OF THE EVILS OF SLAVERY AND DESTROYING THEM WILL DESTROY THEIR PURPOSE AS HISTORICAL REMINDERS OF THE EVILS OF SLAVERY AND THAT IT MUST BE ABOLISH. Americans are so brainwashed and dumbed-down that they have forgotten that "WHOEVER FORGETS HISTORY WILL REPEAT HISTORY ITSELF!

  15. Yeah let's tear history apart so we can't learn from it or even acknowledge it ever happened. Next year I'm voting to tear down Aushcwitz because it doesn't adhere to my "beliefs" and it's destroying my livelihood.
